The Student Depot platform currently consists of seven operational schemes in Poland’s key University cities; Krakow, Gdansk, Lublin, Lodz, Warsaw, Poznan and Wroclaw. The platform is the largest private student accommodation operator in Poland with plans for two further sites to be completed by October 2023 and a further two secured sites in the pipeline.

Each of the schemes provides a choice of individual and shared bedrooms, high-standard kitchen and bathroom facilities and communal areas, some with gyms, games rooms and entertainment space, which foster a vibrant and friendly campus atmosphere, where lifelong friendships, as well as learning, is nurtured. The key to Student Depot’s operational success lies in the on-site teams who are there 24/7, to deal with any maintenance and security issues, and to coordinate communal events and activities. 

The latest scheme to be added to the platform is in Krakow. The 795-bed building is situated just 1.5km from the historic centre and provides class-leading studio and shared rooms plus study  and quiet co-working spaces, common kitchens, a gym, and a movie zone. The building also benefits from a 120 sqm 8th floor terrace overlooking the city. Each room is equipped with smart energy saving software with electricity in the building sourced from a 100% renewable energy provider. The building was fully let upon completion, demonstrating the depth of demand for quality private dormitories in Poland.

Student Depot has been recognised in the Value for Money and Student Community categories at the 2022 European Global Student Living awards and shortlisted in the 2022 Student Accommodation awards, in the International Operator of the Year category.
