Kajima’s teams celebrated a series of successful awards wins and notable shortlist entries in 2023.
The Properties team won three awards at the 13th annual CEE Investment Awards in the PRS/PBSA/Residential Developer, PRS/PBSA/Residential Investor and Joint Venture categories. The event celebrates outstanding achievements in investment, development, and sustainability across the region. Our Student Depot network won the best PRS/PBSA/Residential Development for its dormitory in Krakow.
Student Depot also won the Best Value for Money award at the Global Student Living Awards. The team was also shortlisted in two other categories, Best Private Housing (Europe) and Best Learning Environment (Europe), for Student Depot Przymorze, Gdańsk.
